The Program

The Foundational Four Framework Certification Program is 6-weeks long. This is not a quick-and-easy course—it will require consistent time and effort (roughly 2-5 hours per week). That being said, it has been designed with business owners in mind. You will be able to work through the program while running your business, as long as you’re willing to set aside some time.

By the end of our time together, you will know the Foundational Four Framework inside and out. You will understand exactly how an Alignment Session should be run and have the confidence to run them smoothly and professionally.

Meet The Instructors

Amber Vilhauer

Nancy Levin

Nancy shares the methods and models that have helped thousands of people gain the knowledge, confidence and preparedness to build impactful coaching practices.

Nancy Levin is a Certified Master Coach, podcast host and bestselling author of several books, including her newest, Embrace Your Shadow to Find Your Light. Formerly the Event Director at Hay House Publishing for over a decade, Nancy is the founder of Levin Life Coach Academy offering in-depth coaching, training, and certification programs designed to support students in vividly living at the center stage of their own lives. Nancy’s earned various certifications and received her MFA in Creative Writing and Poetics from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado.

There are Six Main Components within our Curriculum:

1 1:1 Alignment Session
in Review

You will receive a recorded 90-min Alignment Session of Amber going through a real scripted session to study.

2 “How To” Sessions

In these group sessions, Amber takes you on a dive deep on the Foundational Four and teaches you the optimal approach to running Alignment Sessions.

3 Guiding Skills Sessions

Nancy Levin leads one Guiding Skills session to help you become a more confident, authoritative guide. (Plus, learn what NOT to do!)

4 Practicums

There are two 1:1 internal practice sessions, one where you guide, and one where you are the client. Additionally, you’ll guide two 1:1 sessions with an outside volunteer to get experience and feedback on your understanding of the process.

5 Q&A Sessions

Q&A sessions are added throughout to debrief the past week’s learnings, work through any challenges, get your questions answered, and lock in your understanding.

6 Final 30-min 1:1 with AmberV

To review your progress, confirm your understanding, and to customize your marketing and sales approach to get initial calls booked ASAP!
