How often do you feel...
Avoidant or guilty about the incompleteness of your projects?
I know this because I once felt all of these things. I was out of Alignment after a series of life-altering moments in 2020-21 (…perhaps the same has happened to you?).
But once I admitted something was off, I took responsibility and did “The Work”… everything changed.
When I finally got into Alignment, it was like something “clicked.” I finally felt free for the first time in my life.
Those unanswered questions around what I should be offering in my business, how to market myself, where I should put my efforts, what goals to set…
The answers came naturally.
Best of all? I knew I was making the right decisions for my life.

"… If you've ever felt beat up, beat down, or even just tired of being the same ol' you, here's your chance to answer some deep questions and step into strength, confidence and courage to take a step, and then another.”
Give me just 4 weeks to get you into Alignment
Whether you’ve read my book and want to dive deeper, had a friend recommend this program, or were guided here by your intuition—you’re in the right place.
Getting into Alignment gives you clarity, focus, accountability, excitement, inspiration, and energy. It gives you safety and protection in an unclear environment.
It gives you answers to those lingering questions in the back of your mind.
It gives you a clear direction for EVERYTHING in your business and life—one that naturally leads to your best work pouring out of you.
And it all starts with the Foundational Four Framework (also known as doing “The Work”). This is a process I’ve detailed in my book, Infinite Impact, that came out of facilitating thousands of groundbreaking 1:1 sessions with entrepreneurs over the last 17 years. Now, I’m finally releasing it to the world in a more accessible 4-week program.
This program will be a deeply meaningful experience, and part of my mission to help entrepreneurs create greater Impact. (I’m so excited for you to be a part of it!)

The Foundational Four Framework is an unconventional and modernized approach to the mainstream business pillars of Avatar, Vision, Why, and Values. Working through The Foundational Four (also known as doing “The Work”) is how you will get into Alignment.
In this program, we’ll work through one of the pillars each week in a 90-minute group session. After the session, you’ll have time to think about your answers, refine your ideas, and solidify each of your own pillars in your workbook.
These pillars are taught differently than the common pillars you’ve experienced before!
Week 1
Traditional approach: A representation of potential customers (allows for multiple personas to make up an audience of buyers).
AmberV’s perspective: The one person you are in service of, in every action you take.
What’s the difference? When you speak to an audience of multiple personas, your message lands in a more general way. It’s far more congruent and effective to speak to one person and be fully self-expressed.
Week 2
Traditional approach: A written statement that describes a company’s purpose and long-term goals.
AmberV’s perspective: What you consciously choose to spend your life in service of, on an individual level, for the benefit of humanity.
What’s the difference? Instead of focusing on your global impact (which can often feel unreachable), I propose you go deep and define exactly how you would like to help one person at a time.
Week 3
Traditional approach: A written statement that describes a company’s purpose and mission.
AmberV’s perspective: What you receive in exchange for dedicating your life to the pursuit of your Vision.
What’s the difference? I propose mutual reciprocation in the relationship between Vision and Why. This was a game-changer for me!
Week 4
Traditional approach: The principles and standards of behavior that guide a company’s decision-making and actions.
AmberV’s perspective: A set of root principles by which you choose to guide and live your life.
What’s the difference? I propose you commit your values to memory and use them as the language of the organization. The differentiation lies in how we use them as a powerful tool in life and business.
"… I knew 13 years ago, I was meant to do something more. Infinite Impact has helped me get in total alignment with what it is I want to do with the rest of this life, why I want to do it, and who I am meant to help most. This book and the exercises contained within are an absolute game changer in getting to the root of our purpose. I’m finally clear with what I’m most meant to do, and no surprise—it’s a whole new completely different business!”
“… Amber’s exercises in this book--defining your avatar, vision, why, and values--take common business concepts deeper, including ways for your team to take action for you. She also shares how to craft marketing and sales strategies that are in true alignment with who you are--because while Amber may be primarily known as a marketing maven (which she is!) she also understands that it takes the full breadth of a human's will, heart and psyche to drive change in the world.”
“… Instead of giving one-size-fits-all advice, she takes readers through thought-provoking exercises to re-examine the core purpose and foundations of their business. … Amber provides insightful questions that encourage entrepreneurs to revisit why they started their business in the first place and realign it with their true passions and goals of making a positive impact.”

This 4-Week Alignment Program is designed for entrepreneurs and most of our members do own a business (whether a startup or established). While you do not need to own a business to get value from this program, perhaps you are starting to think about creating one. If you’re in that stage right now, getting into Alignment is the PERFECT next step to building a business you love.
I’ll be the first to say that the Foundational Four Framework borrows a lot from the traditional business pillars of Avatar, Vision, Why, and Values. These are tried-and-true principles that work, which is why I’ve chosen to focus on them. (Why reinvent the wheel?)
But the way they’re traditionally taught doesn’t work very well for modern businesses, especially solopreneurs, coaches, and thought leaders. The Foundational Four is simply an updated, hyper focused approach that is very applicable to the groups I just mentioned.
If you are already aware of these four pillars, I will explain them in ways you’ve never heard before. Together, we will work through extremely practical exercises that help you define these pillars for yourself in a very short amount of time. And I will show you how to embed these pillars into every part of your business (and life!) so that you can make faster and better decisions with confidence. These aren’t just some statements that live on your company’s “about” page, they are the guiding pillars for how you live.
Here’s a quick example. Traditionally, a company’s “Avatar” is a representation of their potential customers/audiences. It is a generalization (such as individuals 35-65, some married, some single, some employed, some not). In the Foundational Four, your Avatar is hyper specific. They are a person with a name, a family, a career, a childhood, and a home. They have hobbies, likes and dislikes, problems, and gifts. By the end of this program, you will know everything about your Avatar, and nearly every question in your business will be solved by asking, “What would my Avatar want or need from me?”
This all comes VERY naturally, and let me tell you…being in Alignment feels really good.
Yes! You can enroll with a one-time payment of $497 or two monthly installments of $250.
Yes! All sessions will be recorded and made available to you long-term. We, of course, encourage you to join all the sessions (they will be interactive!) but you will still be able to complete the Foundational Four and get into Alignment through the recordings.
The program consists of a weekly 60-minute session, over the course of four weeks. You’ll also need to contribute some time to working on your pillars in between sessions (we suggest blocking off anywhere from 2-5 hours a week depending on your schedule and how deep you are willing to go).
The more effort you invest into this process, the greater your results will be. The good thing is it should all come naturally, and at the end you will be glad you invested the time!
